Improve your Time Trial
5th February 2017
This workshop will help you to understand and master a selection of Core Stability exercises designed to help you maintain an aggressive ride position and improve power transfer from the body to the pedals.
Our workshops are run from our studio in Carlisle and taught by a Chartered Physiotherapist. The workshops combine presentations and practical exercises and we limit group sizes to 10 participants to ensure everyone gets one-to-one attention when they need it.
No previous experience of core stability is necessary before you join a workshop as we start with basic exercises and build these through the day. We also provide all the equipment and mats.
The 4 hour workshops cost £50 and tea, coffee, herbal teas and snacks will be provided. You will also receive a booklet on the day of all the exercises we have covered.
