We offer both on-demand online and face to face classes.
Face to Face Class Time Table:
- Monday (Rachel) : 10am, 11am, 12noon & 1pm - St James Church Hall , Denton Holme
- Tuesday (Steve) : 10am & 11am - St Bede's Church Hall, Wigton Road (CA2)
- Thursdays (Steve) at 10am, 11am, 12pm - St Bede's Church Hall, Wigton Road (CA2)
- Thursdays (Steve) at 5.40pm, 6.40pm & 7.40pm - Morton Manor

To sign up for our online Pilates classes, please make a booking. We offer beginner and intermediate online pilates classes.
Current Face to Face Classes Avalibility
We currently have spaces in the following 7-week Pilates Courses:
- Monday- 12pm & 1pm class for the 7-week block starting Monday 2nd June. The classes are at St James Church Hall in Denton Holme
- Tuesday - 10am & 11am for the 7-week block starting Tuesday 3rd June. The classes are at St Bede's' Church Hall on the Wigton Road CA2 7ES
- Thursday - 11am for the 7-week block starting Thursday 5th June.. The classes are at St Bede's' Church Hall on the Wigton Road CA2 7ES
The 7-week block costs £70
