We offer both on-demand online and face to face classes.
Face to Face Class Time Table:
- Monday (Rachel) : 10am, 11am, 12noon & 1pm - St James Church Hall , Denton Holme
- Tuesday (Steve) : 10am & 11am - St Bede's Church Hall, Wigton Road (CA2)
- Thursdays (Steve) at 10am, 11am, 12pm - St Bede's Church Hall, Wigton Road (CA2)
- Thursdays (Steve) at 5.40pm, 6.40pm & 7.40pm - Morton Manor

To sign up for our online Pilates classes, please make a booking. We offer beginner and intermediate online pilates classes.
Current Face to Face Classes Avalibility
We currently have spaces in the following 6-week Pilates Courses:
- Starting Monday 9th June at 1pm at St James Church Hall in Denton Holme
- Starting Tuesday 10th June at 10am at St Bede's' Church Hall on the Wigton Road CA2 7ESth
- Starting Thursday 12th June at 12pm at St Bede's' Church Hall on the Wigton Road CA2 7ESth June
- Starting Thursday 12th June at 6.40pm at Morton Manor CA2 6JP
